• The brand must boast at least 65% "very satisfied" customers (rated 8 to 10 on a scale from 0, Not at all satisfied, to 10, Extremely satisfied).
• The brand must secure an Excellent satisfaction rating (% very satisfied) significantly higher than the category average.
• The brand must not be flagged for below-average reliability in its category.
